Terms of Service

 

-By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms of service. 

 

-Payment is taken upfront via PayPal or Venmo.

-If a commissioner cancels their order, refunds become unavailable after I have started the artwork. 

-If I cannot fulfill and therefore I myself must cancel a commission, the commissioner will receive a refund.

 

-Listed prices are subject to change depending on variables such as number of characters and level of detail.

                   Looking for something not listed? Feel free to ask. Please take listed prices

                   into consideration when doing so as these are what I will be referencing.

 

-Turnaround time may vary, but in most cases commissions will be delivered ASAP. (This is dependent on current workload.) Deadlines may be requested.

 

Usage

 

-My artwork is not to be used for profit unless there is an official contract outlining how it may be reproduced. This includes tokenizing of any kind. My artwork is not to be minted or re-sold. Custom characters also may not be re-sold (e.g. as an adopt.)

-I retain the right to all of my artwork.

-The commissioner may repost their commissioned artwork on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr) provided that I have been notified beforehand and am credited as the artist on the post.

Visual character references not required; written descriptions accepted.*

 

*Alterations may be asked for at the sketch phase of the drawing for designs. Following the start of rendering, changes may not be made.

Explicit Nudity

Any discriminatory (sexist, racist, etc.)  themes
